Refund Policy

RETURNS:

We accept returns on full-price orders within 10 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact un-worn condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging, tags, and the box it came in. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited.

How do you return an item?

Email us at info@shopcloth.com letting us know the item you would like to return and the reason for return. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. For returns within the U.S., a prepaid shipping label via email will be provided (returns are free for U.S. orders!). 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What’s your return policy on sale items?

Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you. 

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

What currency are your prices in?

We are based in sunny Los Angeles and all prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
